ECV self-service kiosk — interactive prototype
Every kiosk screen and error state, the phone hand-off and My ECV, and all five admin roles, running against a simulated backend in this browser. The client drives it, fires failures from the event engine and signs off in writing before any backend is built against these flows.
The 1280 × 720 customer screen, with staff mode behind the lock icon (PIN 2468 on K01, 1357 on K02).
Reached by scanning a kiosk's QR code. My ECV works on its own — sign in as taylor.reed@example.com.
Five roles, five different views. Each permission shown is also enforced by the simulated server.
Running the sign-off session
- On the demo stage, complete a session on the kiosk: choose Continue here, pay at the reader, capture both sides, submit.
- Complete a second session by the phone path: choose Use my phone, tap the QR code, finish on the phone, then capture at the kiosk.
- View each admin role in turn with the role buttons above the admin pane.
- Fire the six required events from the Events tab and watch the kiosk, phone and admin react. Then record the sign-off with the open questions answered.
Simulated data only: no card is charged, no email or text is sent — they arrive in the stage's Inbox tab. Prices are illustrative until Decision D2. Times are shown in the show's timezone.
